1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GoLyngo mobile application ("the App") operated by MilesKuperus LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must strictly refrain from using the App.

2. License and Access

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, MilesKuperus LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on an iOS device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

Restrictions: You may not:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Rent, lease, loan, sell, or sublicense the App.
• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The App may offer paid subscriptions or one-time purchases ("In-App Purchases") to unlock certain features or content.

• Payment Processing: All financial transactions are processed directly through your Apple ID account by Apple Inc. We do not store or have access to your credit card information.
• RevenueCat: We use a third-party service, RevenueCat, to validate receipts and manage subscription entitlements. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that transaction-related data (such as subscription status and expiration date) is processed by RevenueCat to facilitate your access to premium features.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Cancellations: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
• Refunds: All refund requests must be directed to Apple Support. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.

4. Privacy and Data Collection

We prioritize your privacy. The App is designed as a local-first experience:

• Local Storage: The primary data you generate within the App is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain a central server that stores your personal content.
• Usage Metrics: We track limited metrics strictly necessary for the functionality of the paywall and subscription status via RevenueCat. This may include an anonymous App User ID and purchase history data required to validate your subscription.
• No Other Tracking: Beyond the subscription validation described above, we do not track your location, behavior, or personal usage data for advertising purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MilesKuperus LLC and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

6. Updates and Changes to Service

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the App, and any service or material we provide on the App, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the App is unavailable at any time or for any period.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. MilesKuperus LLC makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the App or the information, content, or materials included therein. To the full extent permissible by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall MilesKuperus LLC be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
